Reclaiming your story: Moving toward self-discovery

Melissa Halpin, Melissa Coulier, Kate Bryan Milligan & Monica Inestroza Curtis

Kate and Mel are excellent facilitators and created a warm and inviting space to be in by sharing their journey, the obstacles they've overcome, and how they've maintained resilience.

Kate guided women through purposeful journaling for self-discovery. Reminding us that we are all as unique as our fingerprints.

The room was filled with energy as Mel led a forty-minute movement that began with the connection of body and mind, merged with body strength, and finished with meditation. All while using the breath to guide and lengthen movement- leaving everyone feeling empowered.

To top it off, an energizing and delicious oats bar–the secret is in the coconut milk– was served packed full of healthy toppings ensuring nobody left hungry. All this while conversing with beautiful, strong women and a newfound sense of resolve.

Mel and Mic left refreshed and proud to be in the company of fierce women who embody The Kindling Project's mission to create space for the tiny fire inside that needs fuel and fanning.
